What we have checked
Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. We have run an automated checker (axe-core, using its WCAG 2.0 to 2.2 A and AA rules plus its best-practice rules) at phone and desktop width, in light and dark mode, on every page in our sitemap, the sign-in page and the not-found page. It reported no violations and no sideways scrolling on those. Your account page has also been scanned while signed in (light mode, desktop and a 500 px window) and showed no violations from the site. The sign-up set-up form and other signed-in pages have not been scanned in their signed-in state. Keyboard use has been tried by hand on some games, such as Sudoku, but not on every page. None of the games uses a timer.
What we have not done
Automated tools catch only part of the possible problems. We have not had a formal accessibility audit, we have not tested with screen-reader users or other people who rely on assistive technology, and we have not tested every page with every screen reader and browser. Some content is likely to fall short of AA in ways these checks cannot see. A way to report accessibility problems has not been set up yet, and we will say so here until it is. We will not claim full conformance before an independent audit supports it.
